Sodium Acetate provides a rapidly biodegradable carbon source that denitrifying bacteria can metabolize instantly without lag phases. Unlike Methanol, which is highly toxic, flammable, and regulated strictly under UAE safety policies, Solid Sodium Acetate is non-hazardous, safe to handle in high-temperature environments, and does not pose a fire risk in hot summer storage conditions.
