At room temperature over a wide pH range, it quickly reacts with wastewater heavy metals (e.g., Hg, Cd, Cu, Pb, Mn, Ni, Zn, Cr³⁺), forming insoluble flocculent precipitates/large alum flowers to capture/remove them—even in complex/chelated forms.

Stability and Sensitivity

1. Stability:
This product forms a stable polymer with heavy metal ions and will not precipitate heavy metal ions in strong acidic and alkaline environments. The heavy metal chelates are also very stable in the temperature range of -100°C to 300°C. Under natural environmental conditions, they can maintain long-term polymer stability, thereby ensuring the environmental protection against sludge.

2. Sensitivity:
It is very effective for trace metal ions in wastewater and can reduce the content of toxic metal ions in wastewater to 0.001 mg/L.

3. Environmental friendliness:
This product is a sulfur-free polymer, so it will not cause secondary pollution to the environment.

Usage Method

Solid products need to be diluted before use, while liquid products can be used directly or diluted. The dosage of the reagent should be determined based on the stirring test and the production test.
When performing operations, operators should wear protective equipment to avoid direct physical contact.
Under test conditions, it can be dosed together with, or used in combination with, other coagulants or coagulant aids.

Packaging and Storage

This product is packed in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25 kg±0.2 kg per drum. Storage period: One year. If sediment occurs during this period, shake well before use and the efficacy will remain unchanged.
